1.What is yourminimum order?
Generally our MOQ is 100 pcs each style to fill a container, but iffirst cooperation , we allow trial order for 50pcs each .

2.what trade terms do you usually use?
We often use FOB, but if you have better suggestion, we arepleasured to consider that.

3.What is your payment term?
Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery or L/Cat sight for the container order.

4.How long will it take to produce an order?
It is at least 40-50days for purchasing and production time withcontainer order and about a week for the sample. The reason why wetake it long is purely guarantee the quality.

5.Do We do customers'' design?
Customers'' design is warmly welcome. Of course, it''s ourresponsibility to protect your designs, arrange our powerful designgroup to make samples for you and try our best to meet yourdemand.

6. Is the samplefor free or not?
If making for our regular customers , which are free. but for newclients, if only less than 3 pics , we are also pleasured to offerfree samples for you.

7. Can I get a price discount if I order in large quantities?
Yes, this is according to your quantity.

8.How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
We have a strong QC group and system, Both in Material purchasing ,semi-finished product checking , in production , and in finisheditems, they always control each part quality and details, such as ,checking color is right, size and style is ok, also confirmingedges of items all all slick, no hurt . Try our best to ensure allitems are all well and safe for customers.

9.How do you pack the products?
As packaging, it is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy. Our generalpacking , if plaque , we will use cardboard to protect each edge ofitems, then wrap with bubble bag into carton, protected by polyfoam. If required using white or color box , we will adding that asinner box. In a word, we will do best to ensure items are safereaching customers.

10.How are the orders shipped?
By sea. We arrange cargo to port of departure or port ofdestination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer)
