1.What is yourminimum order?
Generally our MOQ is 100 pcs each style to fill a container, but iffirst cooperation, we allow trial order for 50pcseach.
2.what tradeterms do you usually use?
We often use FOB, but if you have better suggestion, we arepleasured to consider that.
3.What is your payment term?
Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery or L/Cat sight for the container order.
4.How long will it take to produce an order?
At least 40-50days for purchasing and production time and about aweek for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purelyguarantee the quality.
5.Do we do customers'' design?
Customers'' design is warmly welcome. Of course, it''s ourresponsibility to protect your designs, arrange our powerful designgroup to make samples for you and try our best to meet yourdemand.
6. Is the sample for free ornot?
If making for our regular customers , which are free. but for newclients, if only less than 3 pcs , we are also pleasured to offerfree samples for you.
7. Can I get a price discount if I order in large quantities?
Yes, this is according to your quantity.
8.How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
We have a strong QC group and system, they always control each partquality and details. Try our best to ensure all items are all welland safe for customers.
9.How do you pack the products?
As packaging, it is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy. If requiredusing white or color box , we will adding that as inner box. In aword, we will do best to ensure items are safe.
10.How are the ordersshipped?
By sea. We arrange cargo to port of departure or port ofdestination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer)
